The employment outlook for Medical Assistants is expected to grow over the next several years. Instructors discuss where and how to find employment, what to wear, and even perform mock interviews with students.
Students also receive:
- Customized Resumes
- Custom Cover Letters
- Reference List
Once students graduate, Altrain Assisting Academy assists students with finding employment through direct placement leads. Many Physician’s offices, Care Centers and others contact Altrain Assisting Academy seeking students who are ready to enter the workforce.
The employment of medical assistants is projected to grow 18%* from 2020 to 2030, much faster than the average for all occupations. About 140,000 openings for medical assistants are projected each year, on average, over the decades. Many of these openings are expected to result from the need to replace workers who have changed careers or exited due to retirement.
Once you earn your Arizona Medical Assistant certification, you’ll be qualified to work in any medical office as a front or back office assistant including within specialty practices such as physician offices, chiropractic offices, hospitals, optometrists, and outpatient care centers.
